   At the risk of sounding cynical however, Dave, you know EXACTLY who the one or two people would be always answering the multitude of questions sent in by other members. In the Later Life Training group I belong to, there is a site moderator, and she knows each of our subject areas. If a member posts something on the site and it would be in our subject area, she pings it across so that the ones of us who otherwise engage poorly, at least respond to the relevant questions. So if we chose to have a discussion forum, maybe it would be possible again to request members pop a few bullets of their areas of interest so a moderator could ping them a ‘please respond’ request if a specific discussion arose/ question was asked.
