Surely limiting membership goes against the idea of an otherwise physiotherapy. Limiting membership risks excluding those who are thinking or practicing otherwise.
There might be a place for dropping from membership those who have not engaged for a period of time. Some people are likely to withdraw from the profession at some stage in their lives.
