By definition ‘best’ must require a culturally, chronologically, and contextually biased judgement? The criteria and its morphing over time might tell an interesting story
Did not vote – fallen dreadfully behind sorry; for me at the present it is a ‘no’. As we are a diverse bunch, and come through different routes, we will understand and interpret criticality very differently. I cannot see how a ‘best’ could be judged. Bhanu
